Stallholder Info

 

We love to shop so we are always on the look out for clever stallholders to sell their wares at our wonderful event. The Festive Fete guests enjoy returning each year to shop at their favourite stalls but they also relish the surprises and delights that new stallholders bring.

If you are a stall holder who is interested in attending the 2018 Festive Fete, please click on the link below.

 

Registering your interest to be a stallholder at the Festive Fete 2018 (Sunday November 25th), then please pop over to www.fetecentral.co.nz to register.

 The Festive Fete is an established event held in sunny Central Otago.

 Stall holders will receive

 -Free morning tea

 -Support with set-up and break-down of stalls if required

 - Event Radio and Print media advertising for the Festive Fete Event

 -Wonderful live entertainment

 If you require more for people coming it to help you after 10am, you will need to purchase extra tickets at a discounted price. These will only be available to purchase up to 7 days before the event. Please contact us for more information 

 Using our online registration form, you can pre-book all your requirements including:

 -Power to your site

 -Trestle tables

 -Upload Pictures along with Product Details 

 Sites are all 3m x 3m. Limited numbers of 3m x 6m or 3m x 9m sites are available.

Once you have signed up to Fete Central, you will then be able to access your information for future events just by logging in. This is a new website so even if you have registered with Fete Central prior to 2015, you will need to sign up now. Simply click on "sign up" under login on the right of the page, and fill out the form. All this information will then populate event registration forms when you login. 

Registrations close September 15, 2018

We suggest some form of shade for your site as the Central Otago sun is fierce.

Before you start here are somethings you will need:

1-photos of your products. No more than 1000kb in size and in .jpg format. The photos are not compulsory, but will definitely help us to a lot you a site that is best suited.

2- Payment is at the end of the registration using Paypal. You can use your Paypal account or a credit card when directed to the Paypal site.

 This final process of payment completes the registration process and is required for the online form to work. If you are not comfortable with the online form, call us or email us and we can sort you out.

Please give us as much information as possible when filling in your application form. The more detail we have, the easier it is for us to understand your product and allocate an appropriate stall site. Keep an eye on your inbox (and Junk) for further details and site confirmation. We look forward to creating a fabulous event with you.

Please note marquee space is NOT on offer this year.

 

Terms and Conditions

Site Conformation

Successful site applicants will be confirmed by late October, 2018. Sites will only be confirmed if payment has been made and registration forms have been completed in full. If unsuccessful, stall fees will be refunded. 

Cancellation

Cancellations, by the stall holder after November 15th 2018, are NOT entitled to a refund unless the site can be resold. The event will commence regardless of the weather, so refunds are not issued due to weather.

Set-up & hours

The Festive fete area will be open for set up from 7am on Sunday November 25th, 2018. We will, as usual, have a crew of willing helpers to assist with your unloading and set up. Please unpack your vehicle and remove it as quickly as possible so that traffic flows smoothly. Please do not breakdown your site until 3:30pm. NO VEHICLES ON SITE UNTIL 3:30PM.

Powered sites

Stallholders must specify power requirements on the registration form. There will be no excess power points on the day. Stallholders requiring power must provide their own certified extension leads and safety equipment.

Food Vendors

If you are a food vendor, you are responsible for your own certificates etc. Also if you have a trailer type stall, please be accurate with the size site you purchase. Space is tight in the food court area. If you pay for a 3 x 3 m site you will get just that. If your trailer is more than 3m long (including the tow bar) you MUST book a larger site. If you arrive on the day and you can't fit onto the site you paid for you may be turned away and not refunded. We are very strict on this, as we have had unnecessary issues previously.

Rubbish

Stall holders are responsible for the removal of all their own rubbish.

Liability

By paying for and attending the Festive Fete you agree to the below-

I agree I am responsible for my own insurance, 

consents and/or licences required to sell my 

products. I understand that in no event is the 

Festive Fete or Cromwell Racecourse liable to me 

for any indirect, extraordinary, exemplary,

punitive, special, incidental or consequential 

damages including loss of revenue, profits, stock

or other economic disadvantage.
